Initial Assessment and Treatment

A one-on-one injury assessment using range of motion, gait analysis, dance specific testing and other techniques to determine the injury and the cause of the injury. Every assessment includes a treatment (intervention), a dance-specific  at home conditioning program tailored for each individual dancer, as well as modifications that can be incorporated into each dance class. Also providing any taping or bracing needed to prevent further injury.

Follow Up Treatment

A follow up session includes any re-testing needed, a treatment (intervention), and progressing both at home and in the studio exercises. Adjusting any limits, modifications, taping or bracing necessary.

Injury Prevention Private Lesson

A private lesson to develop your full potential – improve your flexibility safely, achieve higher jumps, pointe your feet further, improve your arabesque line, access your full turnout availability, etc. This class is based around dancer education and learning exercises to develop strength using correct biomechanics. Stretching and strengthening in order to prevent injuries!

Injury Prevention Semi-Private

All of the same great things offered in a Private Lesson, except now with a friend or two!
